北美洲臺灣人教授協會巴爾的摩-華府分會 (NATPA Baltimore/DC Chapter) 與華府台灣產業科技協會 (TASTA)春季聯合研討會

北美洲臺灣人教授協會巴爾的摩-華府分會 (NATPA Baltimore/DC Chapter) 與華府台灣產業科技協會 (TASTA) 將於三月二十日 (星期六) 舉辦2010年迎新餐敘及春季聯合研討會。時間是上午十一點到下午五點，地點是台灣駐美代表處文化中心 (901 Wind River Lane，Gaithersburg，MD 20878)。

上午十一點至下午一點是本次會議的第一階段，由北美臺灣人教授協會巴爾的摩-華府分會於研討會前舉行開春迎新活動。活動內容包含介紹新年度會務及新舊會員相互交流，並特地邀請前駐美代表魯肇忠先生與會。魯肇忠代表除與會員交流、餐敘之外，也將發表其對臺灣現況與未來的分析與展望。

下午一點至下午五點是本次會議的第二階段，由華府台灣產業科技協會、北美臺灣人教授協會巴爾的摩-華府分會共同主持2010年春季研討會。本次研討會主題是「健保改革與綠色能源科技 (Healthcare Reform and Green Energy Technology) 」。  

「健保改革」講座由教授協會巴爾的摩-華府分會會長劉耀經博士主持，講員陣容及講題包括： NIH資深疫苗科學家劉德勇博士主講「2009年 H1N1 流感病毒 (The 2009 H1N1 Influenza)」，DrFirst 公司Chief Technical Officer 王介山博士主講「健康醫療資訊整合 (Health Informatics Integration)」，以及 Taskco Corporation 總裁黃光彩博士主講「醫療資訊及臨床研究產業的潛力 –台灣的前景 (Medical Informatics and Potential of Clinical Research Industry -- Taiwan Perspective)」。 

「綠色能源科技」講座由教授協會巴爾的摩-華府分會副會長丁弘彬教授主持，講員及講題包括：Helios Energy Systems 公司經理 Andrew Lai 先生主講「太陽能科技之發展現況  (Recent Development of Solar Energy Technology)」，最後由美國前海軍工程處處長吳漢南博士主講「風能開發之條件  (Prerequisite for Wind Power Technology Development)」。
